Planting Time

We became botanists today and planted our brassica rapa seeds. They are fast growing seeds that we'll be able to watch go through the entire plant cycle: seed to seed in 40 days! We loved getting our hands a little dirty and can't wait to see them sprout!

Snow Day!

We had a fun, if not cold, snow day a couple weeks ago. We slid down the hill, had hot cocolate and donuts, and worked on a snow sculpture. I love how the kids were having the time of thier lives - despite the cold and windy weather!

Happy Valentine's Day!

We had a wonderful Valentine's Day Party! We had a treasure hunt assessment, sweetheart math and finished some great stories. Our valentine pouches were so full!!! Wow what a great day!
